  • TECOSIM are the most inspiring, innovative, and fascinating company that I have ever worked for. As Commercial Lead I identify opportunities in industrial sectors where we can introduce our advanced technologies and experience.

As one of the first companies in the Southeast to successfully gain a ‘Fit4 Renewables Certification’ we can operate competently within the Renewable Energy Industry and are developing our contacts within the Agricultural, Off Highway, Construction and Tidal sectors. Working closely with the Engineering Team has been an invaluable experience, their knowledge and creativity is second to none and their technical advice enables me to communicate confidently with new customers.

Caring for the staff and making work a fun place to be, is a rare find, without exception all colleagues are kind and supportive. I feel very proud and privileged to be part of this team.

  • My role at TECOSIM is to be the face of HR alongside Tamsyn Thorne, and grow alongside the team. My responsibility is to ensure HR stands out and that employees know how we can help them throughout their employment.

I have learned to be more confident, to go outside of my comfort zone, to push myself into new tasks. Any significant achievements or projects you have worked/working on at TECOSIM. I have gained a Level 3 CIPD in people practice , which has helped me further develop my career and take HR to a new level that TECOSIM hasn’t had before.

I always admire TECOSIM for being a flexible company. It is important to get the work/life balance right, and I believe TECOSIM have achieved this.

TECOSIM supported me through a degree apprenticeship with Anglia Ruskin University. The four-year degree covered several topics, including Marketing, Sustainability, Project Management, Strategy and Finance.

I have expanded my knowledge and confidence in my job role and implemented new initiatives as part of my learning. Although TECOSIM has expanded a lot since I first joined, it has kept the same small business culture where everybody is approachable and willing to help if you need it.
